|For academic year 2015-2016, Washington University School of Medicine will be using the Association of American Medical Colleges Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS) to receive and process visiting student applications. Electives are available, space permitting, to full-time students in good academic standing who are enrolled in LCME accredited medical schools in the U.S. Students must be in their FINAL year of medical school and have completed all their required clerkships in order to be eligible for the program. Visiting students are limited to a maximum of three (3) four-week clerkships. |
In addition to applying through VSAS, please include the completed additional documents attached below and mail to the Curriculum Office. Processing of applications will NOT be undertaken without receipt of all required information. Once a Student Acceptance email is sent through VSAS, students must confirm their participation by submitting a $75.00 processing fee by check or money order payable to Washington University School of Medicine. This fee is non-refundable.
